What You’ll Do
- Perform data analysis across multiple databases and work with Software Engineers to root cause, solve, and improve software and process issues
- Develop subject matter expertise on the team’s software products and answer questions from business stakeholders on system logic and processes
- Manage the implementation of software products, including working cross-functionally to build consensus on requirements, contributing to the design of software solutions, defining a roadmap, managing software development, rolling out the new software and process, and supporting users facing issues
- Build product analytics by defining metrics, querying data, and creating visualization reports
- Unblock team members by persistently following up on open questions and issues
- Coordinate resources, and provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables
- Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative field or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
- 0 to 3 years of work experience with evidence of successful project implementation.
- Experience creating operational metrics and dashboards using SQL and Tableau (or similar) visualization tools strongly preferred
- Experience managing software development (e.g. software project manager) preferred
- Experience developing processes and methodologies in industrial environments is desired
- Basic familiarity with reading python scripts is a plus
